
Day 10...
I am stuffed!!!!!!! I didn't used to eat breakfast, to be honest, so I'm finding it difficult to eat this much of food in the morning.. We spent last week trying to shrink our stomach with Half Meal diet but this week it seems like we are stretching it to its maximum capacity! Oh well, I was hungry and miserable last week so quite happy being able to eat till I'm full up again! Love it!!
昨日、朝早起きをし損ねたせいで、エクササイズをして朝ごはんを計って時間をかけておなかいっぱい食べて・・・とやっているうちに時間がどんどん過ぎなんだかんだ一日の予定がシフトしてしまったという反省を活かして、今日はさやちゃんと早起きをして(私たちにとっては早い、ということですが・・・)タイムテーブルを作って行動をしてみました。
いつもは裏の駐車場で縄跳びをするのですが、今日は天気もよかったし駐車場より一本むこうの道に行ってみたら、公園発見!!パーフェクトです。
まずは、朝縄跳び!
え?!?!?!650回?!?!?と一瞬ビビりましたが、意外とできた♪だんだん飛び方のコツがつかめてきました。100回はひっかからないで飛べるようにもなってきました!へへへ!

そして、問題のInclined pull-ups。。。月曜日にやったときに悲鳴をあげながらやった、あれです。ちょうどいいことに球型のジャングルジム的なものを発見!登校中の小学生に笑われながら、女二人で懸垂をしてみました。(笑)
Yesterday, we didn't manage to get up as early as we planned, therefore, by the time we finished our training, weighing our breakfast, and taking ages to eat it, it was already quite late in the morning..! So today, we got up early and made a timetable for the morning! Yes, very organized for the first time in my life! Because we were feeling organized and pretty proud of ourselves for getting up "SO early" (early for us..), we took a walk to find better place to do our training than the carpark behind the flat. And we found a perfect park just around the corner from our place!
650jumps?! It shocked me at first but we are definitely getting better at jumping! Saya still jumps funny though.. hehe..
We found a perfect jungle gyms for the killer incilined pull-ups! The schoolkids were laughing at 2 women in late 20's doing pull-ups in the early morning.. Do you know what, kids? I bet you guys couldn't even do one pull-up with your toothpick arms!!

ReplyDeleteSo cool you're doing this together and yeah, nothing better than when you get the diets and there's FOOOOOOOD! YUM! Hey, the mornings will get faster, you'll get your groove and it won't take so long to prep food and such. You both look so fit and toned already, you're going to be pull up queens by the end of this thing eh?
