Day 29 やりすぎ?!?! Working too hard?!?!

今日、縄跳び1300回をやるべくひとり公園にいきました。


張り切って飛び始め、「もうすぐ1000回!」というところで・・・・



縄跳びが切れちゃいました!!!!!!



せっかくノリノリで跳んでいたのに・・・。ちょっとへこんだけど、勢いを落としてはいけないとすかさず切れた縄跳びのはしっこを持って跳び始めたものの・・・やっぱり跳びにくい。。。5回に一回はひっかかる始末。。。


ということで、今日は残念ながら1300回ならずでした。。

明日新しい縄跳び買いにいこーっと。


I went to a park to do 1300jumps this afternoon. It all started off fine...until I came up to 900 jumps.....


Suddenly my skipping rope snapped!!!!!!!!!!!


I didn't want to stop the flow so I grabbed the broken end and tried to continue jumping, but it was too short and I was tripping over every 5 jumps....


I didn't manage 1300 today.....

  1. Wow, I haven't had that happen to me yet. Try using a rope (himo) one. It doesn't hurt when I miss a step.

    I've had my fitness band break on me during a rowing repetition and it whacked me across the stomach. Ouch!!! It left a mark for 2 days. The pain of looking good.

  2. Time to invest in a better jumprope? I spent 2000 yen for mine and it's still going strong after more than a year. That works out to less than 5 yen a day!

    I'm gonna treat myself a better jumprope than the previous one. Maybe the one with the counter..?
